Conway Community Days (formerly known as Conway Old Fashioned Days)  was established in 1978.  The event was originally created to raise money to build a community pool. When that was not a possibility the money raised went back into the community to things such as afternoon milk at the elementary, donations to the volunteer fire department, Christmas Angel Tree , college scholarship, and many more projects.
